Who We Are
Napakiak E&C (NEC) is an SBA-certified 8(a), Alaska Native Corporation–owned company headquartered in the community of Napakiak, Alaska, with operations in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We support Department of Energy and Department of Defense missions with people, systems, and partners that match the work.
A large share of current federal performance is delivered through Napakiak Ventures (NV), an 8(a) joint venture of NEC and Advanced Technologies & Laboratories International (ATL), a PSI company. NEC and NV are separate legal entities. Customers should contract the entity that holds the vehicle and the work.

Core Capabilities
Technology, R&D & Mission Support
Technology testing, engineering assessment, integration, and subject-matter support for current and emerging systems. Mission-focused technical personnel for Army and DOD program offices.
Operations & Maintenance / Systems Management
Operations and maintenance of mission systems, including Avaya voice systems supporting the Defense Health Agency. Facility and installation O&M support of the type required at industrial and military sites.
Radiological Services
Radiological instrument and source rental, health physics staffing, control and survey support, shielding design, and environmental monitoring for DOE and DOD operations. Positioned to support new nuclear activity in Oak Ridge and related Army energy initiatives.
Surveying, LIDAR & Site Support
Traditional surveying for DOE site preparation and renovation, plus LiDAR 3D mapping. Construction and environmental field support are available with teammates when the requirement calls for them.
Information Technology & Data
IT program support, data management, custom software, cloud and cybersecurity support, databases, storage, and software QA.
